Carol Brady Art

Magnolia 1

Magnolia 1

Magnolias 1

10x10 framed loose canvas in black frame
Part of the Floral Series – Spring 2025

This small but meaningful piece was painted as a quiet nod to the magnolia tree just outside my window. Every year, I watch it droop and drop so many of its leaves, looking tired and bare — and then, almost suddenly, it begins to bloom.

Magnolias holds that in-between space — the heaviness before the beauty. A reminder that sometimes, things feel like they’re falling apart right before they open up.

Each 10x10 piece is painted on loose canvas, then framed and ready to hang, so you can bring a little of that gentle transformation into your own space.

Art Print

Art Prints are printed onto premium archival smooth matte paper and arrive as a loose print ready for you to frame.

Framed Canvas

Framed Canvas is printed directly onto archival-grade canvas and wrapped in an oak floating frame. We print on canvas that is pH neutral and acid-free, so it will last for generations. This option looks like an original painting without the cost.

Frame Details:

  • Depth: Each frame is 1.625" deep.
  • Width: Each frame is 0.5" wide.
  • Floating Effect: There is a small .1" gap between the frame and the canvas to create a "floating" effect.
  • Material: The frame is made of timeless unstained oak.

To Determine the Overall Size:

  1. Add 1.2" to both the length and width of your canvas size.

This accounts for the frame’s dimensions and the floating effect.

Meet The Artist

Carol Brady is an abstract artist, educator, and creative who specializes in timeless abstract art. Working with flowing acrylics and an intuitive eye for composition, Carol creates pieces that instantly elevate rooms into calm and polished spaces. Inspired by the parks and waterways surrounding her city, her work blends movement and stillness to bring a fresh, dynamic energy to the environment.

Carol is passionate about helping businesses and families elevate their spaces with art that is not only visually striking but also meaningful. She believes art has the power to create connection, spark conversation, and bring a sense of calm or excitement to any setting.

When she’s not painting, Carol enjoys spending time outdoors with her wife and two children, exploring the world around her and drawing inspiration from the everyday moments that connect us to nature.

In addition to painting, Carol is an avid creative with a love for classical clarinet, piano, singing, and embroidery. At her core, she believes that everyone is an artist, capable of expressing themselves in unique and powerful ways.

Carol believes that we are all artists.

“I met someone who told me he was an artist, so I thought he made art for a living.” she shared on Instagram. “ As we got to be better friends I learned he was a big time boss. Powerful. I was intimidated and confused. “I thought you were an artist?” she said to him. So he showed me his writings, his paintings, his dancing, and his thoughts. 'My job is not who I am. I’m an artist, I create.' he said." Carol has called herself an artist ever since.
